[Resolved]  Vodafone Prepaid — wrong activation of MCI service

This is to inform you that I have a vodafone prepaid connection of Punjab region (No.[protected]).I have deactivated my MCI service on 27/05/2009 but again it was activated on its own on 29/05/2009.And for this service Rs. 30 have been deducted from my account.
Kindly look into this matter and arrange to refund back my money.

Vodafone — Prepaid Services - MCI

I have 2 mobile numbers with vodafone prepaid... one for me & one for my wife... I had subscribed to the missed call alerts for 30 rupees per month. I have not received the service since april on my wife's phone & since may on my phone. However, the rentals are being deducted every month... I had lodged a complaint at the vodafone store in Hypercity, Goregaon... They were supposed to re-imburse the charges and get the services activated... My rentals are still being deducted and the services aren't active as yet... Inspite of raising complaints with the manaager of the store & the company's complaints head, we have not received any notification about the same.

Vodafone — service activation without request

Today, I got a call from Vodafone to opt for the caller tune. I have not requested for the same. But the call has ended saying 'Thank you for registering for the service'. Then I got a message saying that my caller tune has been activated and my entire balance Rs. 53 has been taken. I am left with Rs. -2 balance.

I've called the customer care and they answered that without any requisation the service will not get activated and I should I have opted for service. This is very bad..Without any request, they simply activated the service and have taken the balance and they are blaming the customer..

i have 2 vodafone nos. but both the outgoing call has been stopped due to non submitting of documents. but for ur infomation v hv already submitted our documents. so pls. do the needful & start our out going calls or else v hv to change our vodafone card & will purchase some other co. card.

pls. guide me 1 of my vodafone pobile no is in my friend's name & now he is out of india & i m not able to submit his documents. i have also inquired at customer care for this purpose so they told me to submit my documents.

so pls. suggest me what is to be done. as that no is known by all my friends & relatives so i dont want to change.

vodafone/prepaid connection — Service activated without request

i am using a vodafone prepaid no. from 3-4 years([protected]). few days back a servie of vodafone chat was activated without any request from my side and 30 rupees deducted ,,again after few days vodafone missed calls alert service was activated,,then agin after 2-3 days my caller id was stopped,,again after 2-3 days vodafone chat service was activated,,,no complaint was registered on calling customer care regarding balance deduction ,and for caller id they asked me to deposit documents for id approval,,but i have deposited the documents for more than two times earlier ,,even when i bought this no it was registered on my id(driving license)

Vodafone — Activation of Services to Prepaid Connection

Activation of Services to Prepaid Connection - Mobile Nos. .[protected].
Vodafone is activating various services at their own and charging Rs.30 per service. My prepaid connections - [protected], Vodafone has activated the service of VA-STK1 on 22/07/2010 and charged Rs.30 without my consent. Today, they have activated other service - MCI debited Rs. 30 each i.e. Rs. 60 without my consent.

Due to this disservice, my account is in negative and I am unable to make any calls. Kindly take up the matter with Vodafone and ask them to refund Rs. 60 charged by them against the above mentioned services at their own, without my consent.

Here, I would like to inform all people, please do not take Mobile Service from Vodafone because they are cheating the customers by debiting amount unnecessarily.

Vodafone — without request service activation

They have activated vodafne alerts i.e va_loveguru and va_romance,Without my permision/request two times in 30 hours and deductated each time 30*2=60 rupees. When i called cutomer care to know smetime they say me call to 198 for registering your complaint.And when i call at 198 they says call our toll free no. [protected].
I hope that u understand my feelings.
Give me my money back,else i go to CONSUMER COURT !
