[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid — Wrong SMS to Customer-Misguiding | |
Dear Team, It’s really displeasing that Vodafone prepaid service is getting worse day by day, I have a problem with my another No. as due to the wrong communication passed by the M/s Vodafone end. This No. had a tariff having Manipal offer and the Validity of this had to expire at the start of this month and M/s Vodafone had sent an SMS to the same no stating – “Hello, Recharge with Rs 194 and get an extension of your Tariff for ONE year. Talktime-Rs.10 & Validity-1year on the same tariff plan. Offer valid till 2-Aug-09” With reference to this message when I recharged for Rs 194 as said, my Manipal offer got deactivated and some unwanted Tariff got activated. May I know why this happened? When you say in the text sms “extension of Tariff “and “on the same Tariff Plan “what does it mean?? When you sent that message its clear that the present offer of Manipal will continue, but it’s not my problem if its not applicable for that or whatsoever, Kindly check this case with high priority and I want my Manipal offer back to that No. at any cost, I have the message sent by you as for the further reference and actions.
