[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid — discontinuation of services | |||
my vodafone no. is [protected] i m having this no. for around three months, before 3 days i made a recharge of 229 ie vodafone to vodafone free & today when i tried to call on a vodafone no. they gave me this message"you can not avail this service" i contacted there customer care regarding this they said that my doccuments had negative verification. but i had provided my driving license copy for adddress as well as id proof moreover i m ill today how can i again give them the doccuments & why should i suffer due to mis communication between the retailer and service provider . moreover i have not received any single intimation from there side about no. discontinuation . Vodafone prepaid services — regarding porting facility
i want to port my mobile service provider. For getting the portability i have sent sms PORT to 1900 many times. Provider's message is " service is not available temporary please try again later. I sent request 2 months ago also. That time without any prior notice they dint relieve me.
