This is the mail am writing for raise the complaint in Vodafone,Am facing some problem with my connection,No one is ready to take the responsible for my complaint even though i tried two times customer care today but not getting proper info still,First time when i called the customer care number one executive in the name of"Prabhakar" picked the call and driven as much he can rude which am not expected,i have asked him to transfer the call to the supervisor he replied higher officer is in busy you cannot reach him today and ask me to call tomorrow,
