Sir, 1)On dtd.21/02/2013 through online I paid Rs.98/- for Recharge of Internet pack to Vodafone Prepaid (2G) Mobile No.[protected] the details information to whom the amount paid cited below- Payment Id[protected],Payment Remarks 0222,Prepaid Mobile Recharger,Euronet Worldwide India Pvt. Ltd., West Quadrant,IInd Floor,ILFS Financial CTRE,BKC,Bandra-400051 2)On dtd. 24/02/2013 through BPC-Bill Desk online payment of Rs.29/- made to VODAESP-MICI[protected],Payment Id[protected] for top up 29/- Till now No action was taken , No Recharge was made from their side.Hence I compelled to recharge the both package from one Betel shop in local Market.I have sent many e-mails,messages,even discussed with Vodafone Care through 198 etc., but every time they are saying within 4-5 days all the amount will be credited to your account from where deducted.Result ZERO. Hi,I have made payment of Rs. 69 for Vodafone prepaid recharge. Money is debited from my account Payment ID[protected]. Till now recharge is not made on my mobile.
