Today,02.03.13received a callertune but I did not even asked for it. I did not received any call or message from the service provider where I gave my assurance of activat4on.DND is already activated in my m6bie no. then how can this happen. Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone — unwanted caller tune resulting deduction of prepaid amount.
Sir,I have taken new connection 40 days back & i made a recharge of Rs100/- .after two days back i found that whole amount has been vanished & my account is showing negative balance of Rs. -13.62/-. I immediately called to customer care who did not reply me convincingly & refused to provide any call details.
Fearing this I did not recharge after that as my Recharge amount will vanish again.Kindly look into the matter at earliest or i will be left with no option to surrender this number.

Vodafone Prepaid — callertune and deduction of money

18.24RS was deducted from my prepaid account unnecessarily
2)the caller tune was added unnecessarily without my requirement,
so kindly remove it
3)there is no customer care services who can respond on my complaints.
