Vodafone / Prepaid SIM Card — without request service activation
They have activated vodafne alerts i.e va_loveguru and va_romance,Without my permision/request two times in 30 hours and deductated each time 30*2=60 rupees. When i called cutomer care to know thwy are told me that they( my MOB. NO. [protected]) & MY NAME IS RAHUL RATNAKAR
only deactivated but cant back my money and same things happen when i communicate with vodafone face to face service near by nirman vihar,delhi.
I want to back my balance shortly and after returning my money i want a withdraw vodafone sim card afer one week.
In case of not returning my money i will ba go in CONSUMER COURT.

Vodafone — Sim card verification
Hi,I have been using vodafone SIM since last last 6 mnth.One day suddely my SIM card has been Bard without any intimation.I am not able to make outgoing calls not even customer care.Using others mobile i called Customer care they said that my address verification was unsucessfull.I m not clear after 6 mnth why they are doing address verification ?? and if they did it Customer care should inform me that your address verification is unsuccesfull.
