[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid — Sim registration failed | |||
I MNPed my airtel number to Vodafone " [protected] ". But since that day I have been facing many problems, Previously my service was completely barred claiming that I have not submitted any proofs which i have submitted before getting new sim, then again I submitted the proof to my nearest vodafone ministore still my service was barred. Then out of desperation I publicly posted on vodafone Wall on facebook , only then I got a response. NOW AGAIN MY SERVICE IS BARRED FOR WHICH I DONT KNOW ANY REASON . MOREOVER I CANNOT CONNECT TO VODAFONE PREPAID CUSTOMER CARE FROM MY POSTPAID NUMBER.. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING. MY VODAFONE POSTPAID NUMBER IS [protected]. Vodafone Postpaid SIM — SIM REGISTRATION FAILED
I went to the customer care center and asked the problem sim regestraion failed then the told exceed the credity limit and pay the amont it will activate with in two hours then i paid the amount till now it will not activate they did not tell perfect reasonwhat can i do.
