Hi,
I have been using vodafone prepaid connection from the last 2 years. I got it converted to a postpaid connection. I got a call from customer care, and I was told that I will get 750 mins calling, along with free calling to one vodafone number.
Hoping that I will get what was promised to me, I requested the customer care to convert my number to a postpaid one, and I was told that within 2 days, I would be able to get my number (local vodafone number) activated. Then I was told to wait for 72 hours, then another 72 hours, then another 72 hours.
Finally I was told that the service is not available on my cell.
Now I am trapped, I had paid the security also, also since I got my number converted to postpaid one just now, I can not even go for number portability to get rid of Vodafone.

Please look into it, it is a pure harassment on part of Vodafone. If I was promised something, that should have been delivered to me. If that is not so, I wish to get my amount refunded, and should be able to change my provider, without changing the number.
