Vodafone — Unwanted balance deduction and mannerless customer care | |||
hi, my no. [protected] i am a vodafone user yesterday (22/05/2011) my 10rs deducted from my account and my balance became 0.55p after a while when i checked my balance agian i found that my balance became -3.56rs after that i recharged my no. with rs10 and my balance was 2rs..after sometimes my balance became -2rs i called customer care 2 times got same response from both of them that you had used gprs but i didn't. Today(23/05/2011) i called customer care again and i told my problem and he directly saying that you are lieing i can show my whole 22/05/2011 log from my mobile as my nokia N72 has log Feature but i want to show vodafones's cheapness by their policy only 1.Vodafone net doesn't gets connected when balance is below 1rs but my balance goes in negative when i was having balance 0.55p how?? how can i use net when it doesn't gets connected?? 2. How balance can gets deducted when i am talking to customer care...is in 2G network also we can do call and data transfer simultaneously??? i had ported my no. to vodafone because of good network but i was unaware of their cheapness Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone — unwanted deduction in my account balance?

unwanted deducation in my account balance? i am a vodafone user from more than 5 years. Thers is a un wanted deducation in my account balance stating i have sent MMS messages, where as i have sent only SMS messages and the balance goes negative upto - 80 rs. How is possible? and when i complained there was no satisfactory answer regarding why the balance went in negative that too upto 80 rs.
