Vodafone — Not receiving correct bill and pre-alert | |||
I am holding postpaid connection of vodafone company. I am paying all my bills regularly but there are lot of discrepencies in all the bills.i have said i want to change my plan postpaid to prepaid but without any information vodafone charged 1 year rental of postpaid plan.therefore i have not deposited my bill kindly change my plan from postpaid to prepaid and adjust my bill amount otherwise i will not pay the bill amount.i have contacted to your customer care service no.111 but all executives had not replied me properly and asked lot of irrelevant information.they are promising but they are not responding properly,they say they will change the plan everytime but they never changed,even we approached higher athorities,they are also not taking any steps,due to this we are getting higher bills every month.customer will not trust vodafone if their customercare works like this.my vodafone no. is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
