[Resolved] Vodafone — business impact | |||
I have been got paid extra payment due the Vodafone negligence and requested for payback, they agreed for the same but when i settle their rest payment and then after also they are disconnected my outgoing calls stating that i am having outstanding amount, which settled I was discounted Rs. 136/- in their Indiranagar store manager, and yesterday when doing call i was hearing auto generated voice stating i have to make out standing Rs. 136/- payments immediately. Hence i called Customer care yesterday and asked for to update which I had discounted and they told it will be updated shortly and further i will not be having any problem yesterday after few minutes that auto generated voice message playing stopped and i was happy that the Vodafone is listened me for my request, and there after suddenly today morning i was calling to my client for important update which caused huge business impact in early morning i can't find any of the phone available in my street. Since I was sincere customer from last six years this is the first time and it is disappointed me like anything, My humble request to the portal directors take immediate action to the responsible persons otherwise advice me to how to go about these cheaters.
