[Resolved] Vodafone — Refund Cheque Awaited Since December 2011 | |||
Dear, I am still waiting for my cheque. Vodafone Administration and authorities are playing around my cheque. They have dispatched my refund cheque of amount Rs. 1500/- twice till now. One dated on 31st December 2011 and another on 1st April 2012. Amazing service of Vodafone is that I haven't received either of my refund cheque... It's like Vodafone love to harass their customers if they withdraw Vodafone service due to their erratic kind of services and replies... Amazing thing is that the Nodal Desk of Mumbai who are called to be the quick response and perfect desk also providing no proper response to my refund money.... This pathetic irritating and erratic kind of response was never ever expected from such a reputed service providers... Will never recommend any one to go with Vodafone...
