[Resolved]  Vodafone — regarding bill

i have register the sms pack on 3rd of july. and i have got the sms from the company that the service will be activated between 24 hours. as after 24 hours i started using sms to friends. on 8th of july i got to know i have not activated any service. as due to this i have to suffer from 600-700 rs. and nobody on vodafone is going to listen my complaint.

I m using a vodafone postpaid no. with corporate plan...
in this plan i get 2000 mins free to any mobile LOCAL
but in my privous bill i have been charged on 13th september and 14th september plz look on this matter and give me the discount as possible my mobile no. is [protected]
I having problem in my bill since 5 months. I am having 3yers advance rental program you are putting useless charges to me. I don’t under stand at what base do you make bills of your customer If a customer dose not see the bill care full paying you out then it is ok if the saw the bill carefully then they start getting problems . Every time I am using this no. from 5 years and I am getting these troubles from know only way this is happing I make compland to your customer care every month but they are doing the same thing again & again no body is solving my problem . IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT THE CUSTMER .
i hav complaint regarding ur service, u never sought solutions to my repeated complaints regarding d date of supply of my bill at my menioned address...& though i hav a corporate connection, d bills r souring high & high.
also, though i havn't on my own activated any caller tunes, u hav charged me a renal for continuous two months.
this time i havnt paid ur bill (latest ) bcz of non avaibility of hard copy of d bill.
in fact u provide d cheapest services...

We have taken connection of vodafone in group, as per detail plan we paid 250/- adv deposit. Since after use we found the bill is 1046.00. in which one time charges is added with other the usage which it is not inform by Vodafone Mr Nishant who taken all the paper at the time is tell that only 250-300 bill will come.

Also when we talk more than 25 -30 time to Mr nishant Vodafone how is setting in Vodafone office Bajaj nagar Nagpur. he commited about vaiver to ONE TIME CHRG.
he commited the same to me. so we deposit the remaining bill deducting OTC amount.

But After that also call coming from pune vodafone regadring not paid full payment and disconnecting mobile while calling to someone.

This is how we are facing problem.

This is regarding my vodafone no. In my December bill, amount of Rs 532 was extra added, so i placed a request on 29th dec to waive off my amount. But its almost been two months and i din't get any response from there side. I called them many times but its of no use.
Now they are asking me to pay the bill , else will disconnect my services.

My no. Has been barred till from 26 sep n still nw I got no response from company. ..
Company give me d bill of 40, 000 rupees bt my credit limit is 1600..
I go at Vodafone store n ask for d cause of my barred no. .they tell me company will charge u for Internet usages
Bt I actived unlimited plan even showed in Vodafone system so Vodafone store put a mail forward to company
For solving my problem. ..bt I still not getting rid from d problem ..although I am mentally disturbed regarding bill...plz help

My name is Ravi kumar and my vodafone number is [protected], Rs.1734 are added extra in my bill for using 3G, I called vodafone care center on 4 june for activation of 1 gb 3g plan. I was informed that the same will be activated in 4 hrs.I started using it after the mentioned time still it got added to my bill. I visited vodafone store many times but they are not helping me at all.
