Respected Sir,

i have used Vodafone Mobile Servies around 2 year.my mobile number is [protected].
this is my postpaid connection but 20 dec 2010 i have converted this number in prepaid connection. after that i am unable to send message any number. i have recharge SMS pack also its prics is 44 Rs.
many times i m going to vodafone stor but they did not respond properly.i have alao launched online complaint.plz refand my SMS pack money
