Vodafone — Regarding Vodafone care Executives- Misbehavior/Slang-[protected] | |||
Hi, Myself Prashant(Vodafone number- [protected]) from Noida. I am using Vodafone services past four years. I was quite happy with the services offered by the Vodafone. But past couple of weeks customer care executives have disappointed me a lot. I called to Vodafone care on 24-Apr-2013 at 4:37AM. Second side someone picked up the phone, when I started with my issues, that person transferred my call to IVR and call got disconnected. I called again to 111 on 24th at 4:39AM, someone picked up the phone, that person didn’t speak anything nearby 1 minute. (I was able to hear surrounding noise means there was no network issue) when I asked where you were man? Why were you not replying? Reception side I got reply "Ghumne gaya tha", when I again asked "ghumne gaye the ?" , he said "yes".ok. Again I asked what your name is. He replied "Daru Singh" i confirmed with him thrice "Daru Singh"! He replied yes. Again I disconnected the call and redialed to 111. Now the story was different 5-4 Vodafone care executives started abusing on me. Totally it was appearing that, that is not a customer care, that is a beer bar where all have drunk totally. I thought, I could get some relief from 198. When i called 198 that was really WOW. here it was like a hell. All here were laughing and hooting. After that nearby 15 times I called to Vodafone care on 111 and 198 to make a complaint but no one was ready to make a complaint(even no none told me his name, i asked again and again please tell me your name but no one didn't tell) . Everyone was saying I can’t make a complaint against care executive, if you want to make a complaint go to police station. When I tried hard one person named Ashwani make a complaint, and gave me complaint number [protected]. I didn’t hear anything from Vodafone on this complaint number yet (its more than 15 days has been passed ). Again i called to Vodafone care on Friday got another complaint number[protected]its wrong complaint number given by Vodafone care executive) but still no response from Vodafone. where can i get help? is this "HAPPY TO HELP" from Vodafone? Vodafone — regarding services
I had a connection with Vodafone essar (mobile service) company from 2007.my phone no. is [protected].I registered a complaint to customer care on December 29, 2010 by mail for poor services. Company persons are replied for migration of sim from post paid to pre paid. But company relationship officer didn't call me to till date. On my first complaint date my outstanding balance amount is Rs -50/- (minus fifty rupees). Form the first complaint date onwards till to date company representative response is very poor.Vodafone Company is sending the statements of Jan 2011, fib 2011.but the service’s of company is very poor.
Above said Mob no. is given to all my relatives, friends and bank accounts.
Here I am attaching the complaint to customer care.
Now I want the same mob. No. at the same time I didn't want to pay any amount to mob service provider (Vodafone), because services are very poor.
