[Resolved]  Vodafone — roam like home

Dear Sir I ported from Airtel to Vodafone Mumbai circle on 17th. Aug 2013 . Two features which were promised to me before porting namely roam like home and 50ps std have not yet been activated. I called the customer care 4 to 5 times but they are not happy to help. I expect a better welcome to vodafone rather than having to keep calling and requesting to activate the features which were promised to me. I tried to contact the agency which had arranged for porting namely Systematic Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd. Andheri East but to no avail. Request to kindly resolve this issue at earliest.
