Vodafone Services — SMS BOOSTER

I have been the customer of Vodafone since 2006. My Mobile number is [protected] (Off Chennai Region).
I got totally disappointed about your hidden concept about your tariffs. I have put a message booster on 5th December, 2011.
By the same time I have activated 224 booster, where 100 local messages is free in this tariff on 28th December 2011. But at the completion of unique SMS Booster, which had activated on 5th December, 2011, your company started to charge 50 paise per sms since 6th January, 2011.
On 6th January 2011, I have contacted your customer care and talked to your executive. Where he advised to take One day SMS Booster Pack for two days, and the problem will be rectified within 48 hours and the 224 Booster SMS will be re-credited to my account. On the advice of your customer care executive, I have activated daily message booster for two days (i.e. on 7th and 8th January). But on 9th January 2011, again the SMS has begun costs.
Again I have contacted your customer care and they said, your 224 SMS Booster has deactivated and noting to do with it.
The same problem has occurred last time itself.
I got totally disappointed over this issue. We the customer doesn’t know about your tariff clearly as you are changing often.
I want you to resolve this issue, by re-crediting my daily 100 Free SMS Pack which is accredited with the 224 Booster Pack and also refund my two days daily SMS Pack, which I have activated. Even I am going to put a daily booster pack for tomorrow also, where I believe you will resolve this issue soon.
I want the concerned authorities to solve this issue. And also, telecom regulators must ensure the customers that it should not happen once again from the service providers.
