Dear sir ,
My Vodafone no is [protected] . their is some problem in my Vodafone sim from past 2 months & i have registered a complaint regarding this on 10 th august 2012 & you have issued me a micro sim from my I PHONE but you have not activated the sim till today but you have send the bill in which you have charged me of international SMS & internet usage . i just want to ask you a simple question how can i do international sms & use internet unless its not activated . you are requested to activate my sim asap & waived the wrong bill . I-VALUE MART/Dual Sim Card Mobile Phone — Non receipt of the dual Sim Card Phone

Sir,
I have ordered Dual Sim Card Mobile Phone from I-Value Mart in the month of Feb. 2008. The payment of Rs. 8000 was made by me via my credit card. The product was to be sent to me on my Delhi Adress alongwith the free gift. But the same was not sent to me upto April 2008. Thereafter I had to change my residence to Jammu. I intimated the company about the change of address and their executives promosed me that the product will be sent to my new address. But despite calling them so many times they did not send the product. Somehow, one day while calling one of their executive Mr. Peter, told me that the order was cancelled and they were going to send me another dual sim card phone in a weeks time along with the free gift and they gave me the new order no as 5690. But that product has not been send so far. Now almost seven months have passed but they dont care to give me my product. It is worthwhile to say here that they even do not listen to my call also. Pl tell me what I have to do, to get me the product or get my money back. Thanks

I have change my tariff plan of my vodaphone no [protected] on[protected] from advance rentel plan 998= to monthly bill plan 325= at ghaziabad navyoug market . I was advised by MR. MANAS to convert my no into prepaid first than change it into post paid monthly bill plan rs.325/=
I have deposit Rs 250/= as security money on same date.They issue me new sim card
Till now my phone is at no services, many times i called customer care and went vodaphone office BUT ALL IN WAIN.
my no is still not working and i am facing so many problems due to this.

I have converted my number ([protected]) postpaid to prepaid and after three days my number did not activate till now. I have called vodafone customer care 20 time and went to vodafone store 6 times but i did not get any responce.
Please my problem as soon as possible otherwise i am planning to F.I.R.

My no. is [protected] and my sim was blocked (sim registration failed) on 8/8/2009 for no reason . I visited the Vodafone outlet near forum the same day but they said u have to get a new sim for 100 Rs and it will be activated within a hour ...but it has not been activated .... i want to know the reason why it has been blocked and the service & staff they r not at all bothered of my complaint even i have complined four times ... nor they r giving the number of their manger or any other contact person.......... its too bad service ...... u have to respond to my complaint this is my contact no [protected]

Vodafone SIM — monthly bill

We have using vodaphone no-[protected] since six months. But sorry to say that we have not recieved any monthly bill of my phone.We have already given the e-mail id to customer care of vodaphone,no responce.Kindly do needful.

Dear Sir,

I have lost my mobile on March 18th, 2011 at 12:10 PM and submitted a request to barred the outgoing call from my number on same day.

On March 19th, 2011 i visited vodafone store ( M/S Aggrwal Agencies , Bhiwadi) to get another SIM and submitted request for reactivation.

I got new SIM on 19/03/2011 at 10:00 AM after that 56 hours gone and m still waiting for the SIM activation.

Till now i called up Vodafone care many times to resolve the issue. I didn't got any satisfactory answer / or my SIM activation.

Lastly I spoke to Mr Anish & Ashutosh (Vodafone Care Rajasthan Nodal officer). and shocked with the response. Insted of helping to resolve my issue they asked me to visit the vodafone store (which is 15 KM away) and resubmit the request.

I have paid more than Rs. 300 to contact vodafone customer care and already waisted my one day. Now i am not in position to take a off from my work to visit vodafone store.

Would request you to please resolve the issue on priority and compesate the loss.

Hi Vodafone,

I have requeste two Vodafone connection ([protected], [protected]) on 25-April-2011.

Till now none among of them is activated while i promised by the sales person that it will be activated by 25th Night.

I have already requested to corporate connection person but i didn't get reply. Let me know what's the problem.

1, i lost my mobile with vodafone Sim no [protected],and i have an active complaints on cyber cell, so i like to cancel my lost Sim card,activation as soon as possible, for prevent miss use my number
2, from vatakara vodafone store gave new duplicate Sim card on[protected] ,but still its not activate,i contact vodafone customer care and make complaints,but no progress still,last complaint no is[protected]
3, this Sim i have more then 100rs talk time n 90rs vodafone to vodafone call reduce offer and 25 rs for
all call talk time by sec pulse, so i cannot use this facilities within the time of interval they give
4,i am working in merchant navy and for CDC renewal i gave this number for contact me, so i could not receive any information if they call me,so it will be a problem for my job,

i contact vodafone store again ,they give another duplicate Sim card on[protected],but still this also not activate, so i could not able to receive any important calls

i am kindly requesting you to take an immediate action to activate my vodafone number, if its not possible vodafone is responsible for my money i put in this Sim and my important calls
