[Resolved]  Vodafone SIM Card — Unintimated Interrupted Service

Sir, this is prakash from Indira mata nagar, Hinaga Rd, nag-16..
I've purchased one simcard of vodafone numbered..[protected]
i have used it for 6 months with no interruption...but now after 6 months my service been expelled.
After asking to CC...they replied u haven't submitted the doc..yet hence it resulted into interruption or disconnection..
So i demand that please look into the matter..and take the necessary action...
If possible restart my no...
Reply me on my alternate no...

Vodafone — Interrupted services

Me and three other friend of mine have taken vodafone postpaid connection at the same time. vodafone people had done thier address proof verification but not mine despite we are living in same flat...also they have stopped our services almost 4-5 times till now.We have subbmitted all the documents required still they are asking me to submit my address proof..Moreover call centre people did not response properly..

Vodafone — Interruption in Network

Vodaphone network is not giving satisfactory services to clients and it seems complaints are taken down but no proper action is taken to rectifiy the faults in transmission / connectivity to clients.
We are residents of Sec-53, in Noida and also work in Noida. I have a vodaphone prepaid connection and my husband has a post paid connection.For several days we are facing vodaphone connectivity problems with the network. I have lodged several complaints to 111, we were instructed at first to switch off the mobiles for 5 minutes and then restart our mobiles which we have been doing and still face the same problems.
On Friday when I called 111 I was informed that there is a problem with the network which would be rectified, and a complaint registration number [protected] was sent to me via sms.
It is no good having a mobile and vodaphone connection if we are not able to use the same. Most of our work is on the mobile and I have a lot of international incoming and outgoing calls to attend. Kindly let us know when this is going to be resolved if not we will have to discontinue the services of Vodaphone and since I work for a media company I shall put this complaint in the newspapers. SInce we are not getting any suitable help in this respect.

My name is Phaniraj, i am customer of vodafone wit number [protected] from past 2 years, at a regular intervals i have been facing much inconvenience from the services provided. at present i am unable to make calls and not even getting incoming calls also. when i spoke to customer care they not not responding in order to satisfy the customer i have made calls from [protected] for details u can hear the recordings of my conversations. It had been two days since i am facing the trouble.
Anyone can't wait for a bit long time, its not much to transfer to another network now a days. Make sure to solve my problem as soon as possible.
