Hi, I have given a request for converting postpaid to prepaid connection at vodafone shope in Basavanagudi. They have taken the request and deactivated the SIM 10days back. But new SIM is not activated. When asked they just escaping giving some answer. Customer care also not giving any answer..!!36%

my name is ravikanthyedla, my no:[protected],iam having a vodafone sim with nokia phone, 2yrs validity, 1800minutus talk time free to V 2 V, but my call charges
1.79p, per call so, i want to continue with this number[i.e][protected], but i want to change my plan, that all call charges
