Hello, My Vodafone nob. is [protected]. last month I converted my nob. from prepaid to postpaid. and i submitted my document, and i paid my bill. but 7 oct 2013 my nob. was, when i inquired in Vodafone customer care they said to me that it was document problem, but how it possible, i submitted my document and conformation called on my nob. i humble request to you that fast action on my nob. and solve my problem.
