Hello, My Vodafone nob. is [protected]. last month I converted my nob. from prepaid to postpaid. and i submitted my document, and i paid my bill. but 7 oct 2013 my nob. was, when i inquired in Vodafone customer care they said to me that it was document problem, but how it possible, i submitted my document and conformation called on my nob. i humble request to you that fast action on my nob. and solve my problem. And if you wish to reactivate the same, please visit the nearest Vodafone Store along with your documents so that we can process the same on a special approval basis.
