[Resolved] Vodafone — Sim Card Registration Fail | |||
To Whosoever it may Concern, I have been a vodafone customer from the last 7 years. My number is [protected] from hyderabad, and I'm curently working on a project in rajasthan for a few months. However, on the night of 1st July, my sim stopped working and started to show the message, 'sim card registration failed'. The next day, when someone went to the vodafone customer care in hyderabad, they alleged that 9 sims were issued in my name. they said that they had sent messages regarding this, but i did not recieve any such messages. after a lot of harrowing, they agreed to transfer that number to my father, however its been 2 days and the number has still not been activated. on top of that, the behaviour of your executives was very rude. they refuse to talk and meet when someone goes down over there, and says that the document is in process. Is this the sort of behaviour and service you provide to a loyal customer? I would be very glad if my number is reactivated, please do the needful at the earliest. Vodafone — sim failure
hi i have a vodafone sim from karnataka my no. is [protected] it is still under validity period .right now i am on roaming in uttar pradesh but my sim is not being accepted by the handset .i have tried using different handsets but there is no acceptace of the sim .customer care peple have given me foolish advice on this with understanding my problem.Vodafone — Failure of SIM Registration
Dear sir,My name is Vaibhav Mundada. I had taken a vodafone prepaid number [protected] in Nov 2007 from vodafone store in Amravati MAHARASHTRA. The initial validity of the card was upto August 2009.
In May 2009 i had recharged my number with a validity recharge of Rs.99 to make its validity till March 2011. At present i am living in Delhi and i am not using the abovesaid number from last 3 to 4 months.But in august 2009 when i inserted the said sim card in mobile it shows the message that sim registration failed.
I had contacted in this regard to vodafone store in Amravati from where i bought the card.
They said that this number is issued to another person because of non using the said number from last 3 months.
I don't know how this is possible because this number have a validity upto March 2011 also had a balance of Rs.125 approximately. This number cant be issued to another person because of its validity. Non using the number for 3-4 months does not make it available to another person.
you are requested to take some action in this regard and give me my number back alongwith balance of Rs.125.

Vodafone — Regarding registration failed
I have recharged my vodafone number [protected] and another number also and went to US and came back after 5 months. When i switched on the cell numbers [protected] is telling that"Sim card registration failed" but at the same time the another vodafone number is working properly.When i called to customer care they are telling that why will not reactivate that number. But they are telling that after one year they will allot this number to others. How is it possible ?
This is my problem. How can i solve this problem. Can you tell me the procedure or can anybody tell me how to re-activate the SIM.

Vodafone — Registration fail
Sir,I bought a sim card ([protected]) of vodafone in october 09 and submit all the required documents. But after few days they cut the connection and told me to submit documents. I submitted and they started services.
After approx 9 months again they did the same thing and i am out of station. I lost my contacts n suffering so much. Please do something.
