[Resolved]  Vodafone — SMS restrictions

i have a Vodafone connection. in a recent order from the govt. of India on banning of bulk sms-s it is clearly stated that a customer cannot send more than 5 sms in one go(as read in the newspapers and seen in news channels) for 15 days.. but Vodafone and some other companies have made it that we cannot send more than 5 sms IN THE WHOLE DAY... this is ridiculous and against the order. we r having great inconvenience. general public is suffering because the order was a different one and implementation was a different one. i think this matter should be looked into. thank you.
