dear sir,
prem p pankaj here having vodafone prepaid no.[protected]. i am completely frustrated from vodafone service. it does not suite with the reputation of world class company.
In the month of june rs.30 deducted from my account without my knowledge, when I asked from customer support they said job search service has been activated on your number and the amount will not be return in any case.then I requested to stop the service but again in july rs 30 deducted, again I called customer care on 111 then the agent said it was our fault and the deducted amount will be credited to your account.
Still I am waiting for that amount. Now again on 17.08.2011 rs 30 has been deducted in favour of job search but when I called customer care mr.pappu said me you have activated job search by USSD code but I have not activated this service .i requested to connect me to senior officer but the line disconnected. It happened every time means they never transfer my call to their senior. I have spend more than rs 10 to call customer service regarding job search deactivation. Who will pay this amount to me.
Finally I have decided to quit my Vodafone prepaid no.[protected] because now Vodafone is using monopoly. You can check all the call details on my Vodafone prepain no. [protected].
I am a mariner getting nice salary and I do not have any need any job search service.
It is my humble request please do not torture your customer.

WHEN IT WAS HUTCH SERVICE IS GOOD...NOW IT BECOME WORST AFTER VODAFONE TAKEOVER THE HUTCH...
Dear Sir,
I was using the prepaid connection and resently made it to post paid. From the day i submited my documents am facing theproblems from your people as per your executive words the time required was 2 days to change my connection but they did it in 5 days.I trusted your people words and moved to Mumbai hoping it will be done but they took 5 days just b.coz of your delay i had to many problems as there was no commumnication . After returning my outstanding bill is moving like anything even for local calls i am charging very much when i called your people the answer given by your people was to wait till the bill is generated.
today around 22.30 i called your people and asked for the solution Mr. Hanumnthu responded and was transfering the call to TL and kept on hold and disconnected after few min, when i retried it great gentleman MR. KDV Vijay said he got the permission to transfer the call to TL and kept me on hold for more than 10 min and disconnected the call . This is the service of Vodofone. Awaiting for your reply to .

Every month i use to go for a recharge voucher worth Rs.45 for which local sms are charged 10 paise for a month.On May the 13 the validity of the voucher expired & without informing me they automatically activited a service for which 2 Rs daily are deducted from my account.On May the 19 i called the customer care centre the 1 CCE put me on a long hold for which i have to call again the 2 CCE could not give a valid reason for the activition of the service.i requested her to give me the procedure for the deactivition of the service.She told me to send a sms sms no to 111 again i asked for the complain no for which she replied the no will come automatically via a sms i thanked her & disconnected.When i sms to my surprise i got the replied as wrong keyword.Again for the 3 time when i tried to call my no is blocked.So i am thinking to file a case in the consumer court.

on 23 may 2008 i have activated my normal vodafone card with nine month validity to life time card with help of 195 voucher & on 24 may 2008 i activated 59 bonus card sceme on my mobile but 0n 30 may 2008 this bonus card got deactivated automatically so i got so many problem so call to costmer care centre of tamilnadu that time i was in tamil nadu then i spoke to miss geeta who spoke i rude manner then i requested hfr to connect call to her senior officer then i tal to mr.r mrugan who also unable to help me then i requested him to connect to his senior officer then he coonected me to mr. dinesh who also not helped me that i was requesting him for one hour. when on 6 june 2008 i came to kolhapur, maharastra i called to custmer care execative mr.anil he also not helped me then i told him to connec this call to his senior officer but he cut down my call is this service you are giving to us ? so please help me.
I was using vodafone no [protected] for the last one year and their services are very very bad, customer care is the worst, anytime fail your sim then ask for money.mental harassment i will file a suit against their poor services and mental harassment.

I would like to bring it to the notice of Vodafone Officials the kind of service provided by the customer care executive is pathetic and unlawful and doubt their monitoring skills as -

Since last 2 days caller tunes are activated on my cell phone without any request from my side. I was unable to deactivate it through SMS because of low balance as I was charged for the same.

I have been calling the customer care from last 2 days on 111 for assistance and for first 5 – 6 times the calls are dropped or diverted to avoid assistance. {Can check audit reports if maintained}

13th Sep 2008, 1:30 a.m - Spoke customer service executive Avinash who was not at all in a mood to assist and didn’t took the complain for detactivating the caller tune as well as refund of charges for same, as the caller tune was activated and charged without my request. So I requested to escalate the call to senior.
He transferred the call to the senior who was not even ready to tell his name and was very harsh as well as had a fighting spirit instead of assisting.

10th Sep 2008, 11:40 p.m – Spoke to Ms. Manisha another ‘GEM’ who disconnected the call while raising the complain.

As it is ensured to the customer that the calls are recorded for quality purpose.

I request you the hear the call and justify the rate the customer service quality.

Further I request you to take a stringent action against the above mentioned executives as they are doing the injustice to customer service profession and Vodafone.

Hope this will help you in improving the service of Vodafone.

I have been using vodafone prepaid for past 8 months, from the day one till date i have been facing problems with them. Yesterday without my knowledge a special service has been activated in my mobile, for that they had charged me Rs. 30/- as iam balance is low it went into negative balance. When i called the customer support no one provided proper information and when i requested them to transfer the call to supervisor i have been disconnected 3 times. Really i had bad experience wtih vodafone customer support. Atlast i get in touch with one of the supervisor and requested them to wave off the negative balance and told him i didnt used that service at all and for activation you people charged Rs. 30/- the supervisor said that nothing can be done regd this issue and he asked me to use the service for one month. He also started telling the features and benfits of that service. It was a bad experience for me using vodfone prepaid. Hope this info will help others to be aware of the vodafone prepaid service
vodafone is very faaltu and third class service. hutch is the best. the voda fone customers are not responding any questions from us...

Kindly Reqesting u that, I Had Been Changed My Prepaid No. in postpaid no. (on 20.12.2008) They told me About the plan for a month of 249 rp. per month only. in this plan i would get 350 local calls n after that, I could make calls in 30 paise per. min. my billing that is 10th day of the month.in 20 days.. my bill has been generate of rps.404. I really-really disagree for this service... beacause i did not make call 350 above. eventhat they generated my bill is 404...I m not satisfy with this. plz do something .. then i will disconnect my no. n whole my family's also ...

Vodafone — worst service in world

My mobile connection is of rudrapur, uttarakhand. Due to company's work I use to frequently visit Pune . This time I am facing too much problem in finding vodafone network from the day I landed in Pune. Many important calls got missed. Too much time use to get wasted in serching network. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE SEEN AS I HAVE USED THREE MOBILE SERVICES TILL NOW. When is this going to end I dont know. Lastly again a worst service provider. Even worst is a small word 4 that.

i went to the vodafone outlet for the submission of the bill of a no. which was due because of some reason and for the same they had blocked the other in-use no. well the attendant didnt know how to talk to the person who has come for the service. the kiosk had some problem and i asked to see it , the answer was " yar 2 minute ruko zara" and then the guy went to entertain some of his acquintance . well they dont know what services mean.
i am using vodafone number from the last three years.but the service is worst that they are giving to the customer.recently i sent a message to the wrong no. that means by mistake i typed 9 numbers insted of 10 no. i received a message from customer care that "message not sent".but they have deducted money from my account.
And another incident was i had applied for the vodafone postpaid sim. when i went to the vodafone store for the connection they told that our P.R.O will come to your address for verification.after two days one man from that store came and taken 500rs in advance for issuing the connection and went away.But the connection was not given.when i went to the customer for the enquire about that they were not responding properly.

I have a prepaid vodafone mobile connection. They have activated caller tunes to my cell without intimating me 3 months ago it seems and without any intimation they were detecting Rs 30 per month for last two months it seems.
only today i received a sms from vodafone for Rs 30 detection.
When i check with vodafone customer service,I didnt received proper response and also they were not refund my detections.
I would like You to take some actions on such unauthorised activites from vodafone.

Vodafone — Worst Customer Service of Vodafone (Cheating in Sales)

Dear Sir / Madam,
With great dissatisfaction I herewith would like to complaint against Vodafone services. This post may help to other customers too to get alerted from fraud / cheat in sales and After-Sales-Service.

I have purchased a BlackBerry 8310 Smartphone from Vodafone Stores in Ranchi on 21/01/2010. During the purchase, the sales personnel has assured me for GPRS, GPS, BlackBerry & e-mail Services in Pre-Paid connection. They asked 02 - 03 days time for Activation of all the services. But after that they have refused to do the same and started asking to convert the connection in Post-Paid to avail these services.

Secondly, no other SIM of other Service Provider is supported by the set, stating “Invalid SIM Card” on the display. Thus I cannot switch to any other Service Provider and my investment is totally in vein. While this complaint is made as Customer Complaint, I have been advised to wait for 2-3 days again but till date the problem is not resolved by the Vodafone, neither I am getting any positive response from the Executives. Now they have stopped to pick up my phone calls too.

Thirdly, Vodafone Customer Care entertains Complaint booking on Chargeable basis only from their IVR system, where it should be through Toll-Free. Toll-Free No. is used for Customer Feedback only.

I am putting my complaint in this forum for a justice autonomously against Fraud / Cheating in Sales and After-Sales-Service.

As per instructions from Mr. Devmalya Das, I have forwarded my IMEI no. to [protected] to resolve the problem of Service Provider Lock on 11/02/2010. As assured over SMS, the problem will be seen shortly but in the late night of 11/02/2010, another SMS from the stated no has came that – “The Office will be closed for next 03 days and I shall be intimated on Monday, 15th Feb, 2010.”

Sir, I am really fed up of this type of fraudulent dealings made by Vodafone / their service executives. My investment on this seems to be totally in vein. And moreover, I am feeling too much mentally embarrassed.

I seek help from suitable authority to deal with above situation.
