Vodafone — Automatic ISD Messaging Charges | |||
Dear Sir, I am a user of Mobile Connection No. [protected] for a long time. I don't have any friend/ relative of mine in abroad to whom I need to have a chat/ words with. But, it has been observerd that from few months Vodafone is charging to my bill an amount against ISD messaging charges to a particular mobile number. Worthless to mention that the mobile number to which the ISD messaging is charged to me is the another number of mine that I am using from the few months ago. I have contacted to Customer care, they replied that you are prefixing 00 to the numbers you are messaging, so as you were charged for ISD SMSes. Thereafter, I checked my phonebook but no such prefixes are attached to any number in my phonebook. I have then complained, in writing, to the Vodafone Nodal Officer regarding the Issue, and thankful to her that she reversed my ISD charges as she understood my problem that why do I message from one of my cell phone to another number of mine as both the numbers are operating under my hand. Once she has given me a waiver of the charges in the last bill generated, but in the same bill the company has also charged me under ISD Messaging on the other number of mine. I again wrote to the nodal officer, but to solve this issue for ever and not for a while. Now they are refusing to take any initiative regarding this issue. Please help me or suggest me wether the company is doing so because wants their customers to hold only one connection of them or any other thing is in their mind for not supporting me regading this issue.
