Kindly refer my earlier email correspondence regarding complaint against my mobile network (My Mob No:[protected]. Please not that my reliance mobile number 2 months back changed to Vodafone network Portability). The network problem has been brought to your customer department many time and there is no feed back on this. Am forward the customer care complaints and consumer complaints are attached given bellow. I request your personal intervention to sort out this issue amicably and hope you will do the needful. I am eagerly awaiting your reply.

Connection ERROR
Hiii

Last month am changed to my reliance CDMA number (Mob no:[protected]) portable to new network(VODAFONE).But now one problem happen to phone.The problem is CONNECTION Error....So kindly solve the issue.

My mob number: [protected] frequently getting ERROR IN CONNECTION and am unable to contact in my mobile to other all networks...this is the second time the problem happened please ensure to solve this problem with immediate effect otherwise I am forced to discontinue the Vodafone network hope you will understand the situation and do the needful..awaiting your reply per return..
