[Resolved] Vodafone Store Karol Bagh — do not update the payments | |
dear consumers, vodafone store in karol bagh has useless and unexperienced staff. i am writing this complaint because this is the third time they have done the same mistake.i am the user of vodafone and i have five mobile connections in my family .we always do the payment on time but the staff of vodafone store is not updating the payments in their records. and their call centre makes you start disturbing by calling you that you have not made the payment. and they never accept their fault; they do not do their work properly and blaming the customers only. they do not know how to update the softwares and they do not know how to update the payments. this is my third experience with vodafone store karol bagh for not updaing my payments;and as per my record not a single bill has been delayed. ash Was this information helpful? | |

still their karol bagh vodafone store doing the blunder mistakes by not updating the customer payments into their accounts and their call centres forcing the customers to use the ECS payments.
somebody should take an action even i have forwarded the complaint to their vodafone care complaint centre by email.
even for may month bill has not been updated. they are useless and unprofessionals.

I had applied for internation roaming facility for our corporate connection [protected] This connection is since last 15 Years, security is already deposited there is no issue but international roaming facility was not activated on 07 Sep 2012, requeste for same was given on 04 Sep 2012, now my Director is in Australia and facing problem due to staff of Vodafoen on Karol Bagh Metro Station. I had spoken to customer care of Vodafone but they are helpless despite of everything is ok they can't do anything because activation has to be done by Vodafone Karol bagh metro station
