[Resolved] Vodafone — unable to check balance and internet balance and no customercare response | |||
i have been using a vodafone sim card for the past 3 years but i have not been able to check balance on dialling *!41# and also not able to check internet balance by dialling *131*98# and when i call the customer care number when the operator picks up he/she immediately cuts the call and doesn,t respond only once by chance i have been able to contact them they said they have taken the ccomplaint but no response till now Was this information helpful? | |||
