[Resolved]  Vodafone — Tariff Plan not Changed

I have made request for Change of Plan on 28/06/2013 as per email given below.
This was followed by personal call to vodafone Complaint Nos. [protected],[protected] & [protected] on 4th july, 2013 wherein it was very clearly explained in detail to the officer Siddhant that I have left Larsen & Toubro and Joined Shri Vile Pale Kelavani Mandal and I need to Change the traiff Plan ASAP. Salary Slip was also emaild to him. I was assured by Siddhant that the Plan will be changed in the next billing Cycle. However no acknowledgement was recd. from Vodafone Nor the plan was changed. For Bill payments we get 4-5 reminders by way of calls, SMS , emails then why no acknowledgement of Complaints?

I want to be compensated for the Loss for not changing the Tariff Plan.

Vodafone — Tariff offered not being given

CHEATED BY VODAFONE


VODAFONE through global direct sent some people at my residence for converting to another postpaid plan .
Since the tariff plan they offered was good so i changed it, but i did not get the plan that they had promised.
I was promised 175 minutes local and STD free, i got the local but not for STD .

this has been going on since July

i finally went to the Vodafone " HAPPY TO NOT HELP " STORE, where they told me that this plan is there but not for post paid and only for pre paid customers.
i said that i have got this on the post paid by your people and they said NO, it is by Global direct so talk to them
the number they gave me FOR GLOBAL DIRECT 66661900 does not work
the agent from global direct MANISH [protected] is not available
Vodafone agrees that there has been a mistake from their part, but they will not help and give me what i want, so, i can get lost.
Why is vodafone cheating people?Is this their way of selling services by doing a cheap lying buiseness.

Please take some action

Vodafone — tariff not working

I have been pissed off by callling customer care many times to solve my problem they said it wld be solved in 12 hrs bt nothing happpened.
My tariff is not working and balance is deducting as if there is no tariff
1rs/call instead of 1p/sec.....
problems is following me from last 3 weeks...
