Every day they are charging me rs 1.35p per day sms rent, (M no [protected])it is 36 pack (sms is free ) today i have send 102 sms, for this they have charged me 102 Rs, i have contect customer care, no reply and also no refund, they have done many time to me,
please do the need ful

I wonder whether I am addressing the right person regarding my not getting the appropriate services from a customer Service Centre of your repute organisation! As a matter of fact, lI have had subscribed twice in response of your tariff announcement viz., (i) paid an amount of Rs. 53/ to avail of the call rates @ 0.49 P and (ii) an amount of Rs. 63/ to avail of the tariff @ 1P and 2P per second. The later subscription was made on 23rd Nov. To my utter surprise, I find that none of the rates has been given effect to my Moble No. [protected], till date.
I have had many a times tried your Customer Services only to hear that due to jammed network they could not be connected, prompting with the advice to try later, continuously for more than 4/5 days, till I finally had to withdraw trying; regretful - is it not.
I am not sure, whether my this endeavour would also yield any resultl, but the story of Rober Bruce is still read widely.
