I am here by lodging a complaint that my sister who is studying for her degree in north kerala is receiving continues harrasing calls from the following numbers :

4. [protected]

I here by request all the concerned authorities, namely, vodafone india, BSNL and the Kerala Police to take necessary actions as soon as possible.
Legal actions will be initiated.
