[Resolved] Vodafone — I hate vodafone | |||
Ok i just got a new vodafone prepaid connection and i have been using it for the past couple of days Today i accidentally dailed the number *567# from my vodafone number The reason why i dailed that number , I thought it was my airtel number , so that i can activate MOBILE OFFICE The moment i dailed it , a message came to notify Caller tune service was activated and 30 Rs was deducted from my balance My question is Why Vodafone charged me , without any warning , that you will be charged 30 Rs for caller activation They even did not ask for a confirmation. In other networks , customers will be notified about the charges , before subscribing to any service I called customer care , and they didnt even cared to hear my concern and disconnected my call What should i do ? Why are they doing such things ? I was thinking how many people might have lost money by such acts Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||

Who told you sir, there is no confirmation message on airtel...airtel have sir. the are good in service but vodafone is not..I hate too vodafone..bcoz i got a minus balance around rs 150 when am surfing internet.when it reachable zero balance they wont disconnect...and activate some services without asking me..
My situation is even worse. I was activated on a limited 3g internet scheme where as i opted for unlimited plan for my ipad mini. And now they slap me with a bill of INR 8, 000/- where in was suppose to pay a bill of INR 600/- they take one week to realise the problem, two weeks to solve it and even longer to get back to me with the revised bill. And now as a " favour" they reduce the amount to INR 4, 000/-. Like really??? Don't you understand simple language with patience and tolerance. After 100 calls, 100 different answers every time, visits to the gallery, faux assurances and promises, and a severe mistake that THEY committed on their end, they shamelessly ask me to pay the amount again?? Get real VODAFONE. you would rather make a better impact if you would take an immediate action on the employees that are misguiding your customers and further harassing them. Overall I am highly disappointed with your service. Not to mention that my service was BARRED for no reason for more than a week. Who would account for that I atleast don't know.

I m manik from vodafone, actually in vodafone, activation process of caller tune is the same *567#, and u dialed a same, and its a self service thats why the is no confirmation massage, i[censored] using airtel offica than also u dont have a confirmation sms .so its a very commen thins, i[censored] dne something u have charged for it
