[Resolved] Vodafone — Unauthorised activation of biscoot services | |||
In my last two bills, i have been charged for rs 70 (in each bill) for biscoot services that was activated without my authorisation. when i raised a complaint , they said that the charges cannot be reversed. i need help getting the money back and also extra compensation for the wastage of my time in the past 5 days. i am a postpaid customer. Vodafone — Unauthorised activation of services
Iam a vodafone customer My name is CYRIL JEROME My no [protected]. On 01 Aug 2010 without my being call to customer care the charges from 01 paise transferred to 1 rupee. All my calls are costing 1rupee per call.Kindly de-activate the service to my mobile and make all my calls 1paise per second.
Earlier also un authorised charges of 4Rs has been deducted for calls for 1 day.
Aslo stop unnsecessary messages from vodafone customer services to my mobile
