[Resolved] Vodafone — Unauthorised deduction in BIS399 | |||
My vodafone mobile no is [protected], I recharged 399 BIS pack and also had additional balance,when my balance reached 14re my entire balance has been cut,again i recharged for 30re with me using NO DOWNLOAD still 5rs has got cut! what kind of service are you running??? If i dont get my balance back I will complain in the consumer court! You already take money for BIS 399 then why deduct balance and irritate customers! Sruthi Was this information helpful? | |||

My prepaid balance on 6/9/09 was rs49.70. I found balance of Rs.9.70 on 7/9/09.without any call. I got msg for monthly bonusof Rs39.0 against payment of Rs.39.0 p.m.,which I refused to accept through sms CAN39 to144 , which was accepted by vodafone. I contacted customer services m/s khusboo, to revert back un authorised deduction of Rs 39.0 from my account. It was promised to correct balance, but so far it is not done .This is in correct practice to deduct any amount without authorisation from prepaid account.This is highly objectionable practice and it amounts harrassment to customer. Will vodafone customer services look into matter immediately and correct amount immediately and desist from such bad practices.My vodafone no, is [protected]S.M.Singh.

I want to Say that I activated a GPRS Plan of Rs.4 (For 40MB Free Internet data) 0n 10 Dec. 2010 and the plan was deactivated by the company on 11 Dec. 2010 (evening) by message me but the problem is that I have Rs.242.23 Balance in My Sim Card Before the deactivation of GPRS plan but they deducted all my Sim Balance without inform me that my 40MB data has to be used by me and my current Balance is Rs.-545.40 (in minus) and So i want all my balance back because its a mistake by company not by me...

Yes, Vodafone knows how to deceive customers by blaming on Vodafone Live & Browser. Same thing happened with me, I only used BBM & browser for Facebook but still balance kept deducting. After chasing up several times, finally I was asked to sms CAN GPRS which fixed the issue. But this is not ethical, Vodafone activates GPRS on purpose! Why should GPRS be active in the first place when BIS is activated? Way to go Vodafone! (sarcasm)

days.From your adyar office Mr.steephan has informed
me that you have also deducted Rs.30 for that service
from my account which is nothing but daylight robbery
and amounts to cybercrime.I hereby wish to state
that you immediately reimburse that money to my account
and inform me to that effect.If you fail to reimburse that amount
Apart from that I am receiving lot o[censored]nsolicited phone calls,
Music and sales promotion SMS. I do hereby inform you to stop
all that nonsence with immediate effect.
I donot know howmuch money you have deducted from my account unauthorisedly till date. Kindy send me the details of such
