[Resolved] Vodafone — Unethical Amount Deduction | |||
An Amount of Rs. 245/- was deducted from my prepaid account Ph # - [protected] for Internet even after my data plan was active. On Contacting Customer Care they have a scripted response that internet charges are non refundable and one Sr. Executive Mr Prakash Sharma on customer care No - 198 Hung Up on me when I asked him to transfer my call to his Senior (Supervisor or Team Leader). I have spoken to the below mentioned people and had no relief I am afraid Vodafone will not refund this amount back.
