[Resolved] Vodafone — Unethical task | |||
Hello, I undermentioned vodafone postpaid holder ([protected]) lodging a protest against unethical work done by your employee and as a result I suffered a lot. I am using your Vodafone Internet Scheme of Rs 115 (2 GB) and when I went to your store at surat (Ghod dod Road ) one of the floor representative came to me and offer for help I made him aware about that I wanted to change the sceme , he told me that your planned is changed and now you can surf more but Today i know that some mischief done by your representative and deactivated the scheme. and It is a Matter of general sense that If i deactivated the scheme then Why should I Use the Internet diring whole month that showed that your employees are unethical toward s customer I continued to use during whole month and today I Received a call that your bill is 1800 rs. this is noticeable that my credit limit is 1000 rs and my bill goes above the limit.
