[Resolved]  Vodafone — Unnecessarily activating Service pack and deducting Money

Sir/Madam,

I am the customer of vodafone operator. Since last 15 days (starting from Jun 29) , even i am not requesting any service to activate, Vodafone is activating different packs like Cricket,News,Astro,Stock in my number at a time and deducting the balance . Each and every time i use to complain to its customer care . After some time and discussion they re-fund it and after some time again they use to activate these service and deduct my money. These process is happening from last 15 days. I am tired of complaining to them. But they are not solving this matter. Every day they make my balance negative because of that i am not able to call anywhere. PLEASE HELP IN SOLVING THIS MATTER.
