Vodafone — unnecessary deductions for services not being used | |||
I have been a loyal customer of vodafone for almost 4years now and have been using prepaid number [protected]. I have a blackberry and every month i pay a sum of Rs 400 for using the data services. A further deduction in the name of sessions cost is being continuously made which initially only .20paise but has now crossed 8rs,as a result of which i am losing Rs 25-50 from my balance everyday. My complaints are not being addressed by the customer care. I was waiting for almost 50mins for the representative to answer my call and had spend Rs 10 on the call to customer care also. The SESSION COST deduction that has been made despite of me NOT using any extra services,or viewing any videos or listening to any songs on the phone. I have now lost around 200 rupees,which i of a great value for me,and i hereby request the consumer forum to loook into the matter so that i can get a refund for the amount that has been charged extra. Vodafone — wrong charges being deducted and services not being provided
i travelled to indore on 22 october and on 23 rs 99 was deducted from my account on account of international roaming charges and there after i was not able to send msgs or make calls or surf the net. After that i was also charged for some inccoming call and my balance was -90 inr which on 22 oct was some 290 Rs. On complaining about the same on 30 oct after returning i was told that ill get the refund of 99 rs in 48 hrs which is not being done yet and for the incoming call charges being charged as per international roaming i was told they cannot say anything for that.
