[Resolved] Vodafone — unnecessary jokes

unnecessary jokes have started coming from a address td-gupshup and some jokezone.com which i do not want . when i rang up the customer care mobile number that was given to me with lot of assurance that the company rep says he is on leave. when i sms 111 the message is not received say ing website is under maintemance since last two days. this joke sending must stop as i have not asked for all this rot to be sent to number and waste my time. besides when i try to connect to website of vodaphone .in it is not connecting.
