Vodafone — Unreasonable Balance Deductions

This is regarding the concern of my Vodafone prepaid no., +91-[protected] in the name of Naveen Bansal. I had a balance of Rs.147 at morning (14th Feb., 2013).Later, at 1:00 PM I did a data pack recharge of Rs.198 unlimited 2G internet on my no. I started using the Internet and at 1:14 PM, it showed that my data pack got activated. I accessed internet freely making sure that my data pack is active. But in evening I came to know that my main A/C balance was just left with Rs.0.03 and I was shocked to know this. I tried contacting their customer representative and Mr. Krishna guided me that it was due to my usage before data pack got activated from their end. I understand their policy. But I am unable to know that then why did they charge me @ 10p/10kb till 1:45 PM when my data pack got activated by the company at 1:14PM. He had no answer to this questioned asked. He started manipulating me on this by saying that it is their company’s policy and he is helpless. He tried his level best to satisfy me on the same and misguided me by saying that it could be due to technical issue by which overcharging was done.
I fail to understand that how they can legally charge me for 45 minutes consumption when my pack got activated at 1:14 PM and recharge was done at 1:00 PM. They can charge me only for 14 minutes consumption rather than 45 minutes. Also, a balance of approx. Rs.147 has been deducted from my main balance without prior notice. I cannot bear their unrecognized charges and by their negligence I don’t want to suffer as the customer. I want that my company shall refund my balance for 31 min (1:14 PM-1:45 PM) as my data pack was activated during that period and only genuine charges of 10p/10kb for 14 minutes (1:00 PM-1:13 PM) should be deductible accordingly instead of whole balance deducted from my main balance A/C. Also, I have a message received at 1:14 PM from their end (Vodafone) regarding data pack services been activated for clarification.
I hope you look into this matter seriously as their poor and unsatisfactory customer response has resulted to bring this issue under your guidance for early response. An early action would be highly appreciated.
