vodafone usb stick for internet — NO REFUNDS FOR FAULTY USB STICK
I HAVE PURCHASED A USB STICK FROM VODAFONE STORE IN MALAD, SUNDER NAGAR BRANCH . WHICH THEY TOLD ME WILL BE ACTIVATED IN 4 HRS. BUT IT WAS NOT ACTIVATED WHEN I TRY USING THE USB STICK I WAS UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE AS THE USB STICK WAS FAULTY AND THEY WASTED MY 2 IMPORTANT DAYS IN THERE STORE THE STORE TL MS ROMA / FIRODAS/ KEDAR. ALL ARE THE SAME NO USE TALKING TO THEM AS THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO HELP NOW WERE ABLE FOR A POSITIVE SOLUTION AND I HAD GIVEN MY USB STICK BACK TO THEM FOR WHICH THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THERE SIDE AND THEY HAVE ALSO CHEATED ME OF RS 6, 000/- IN CASH AND OTHER NON MONETARY THINGS LIKE TIME AND ENERGY. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED BY THE SERVICE OVODAFONE . I EVEN WROTE THEM NO OF TIME BUT THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE FROM THERE SIDE.
