Sir, My home mobile no.is [protected]. due to by mistake of customer care my mobile balance reached in minus. I am so much worry about these autumatic deduction of money wiyhout any information.Last few days ago caller tune was activated automaically& now my mobile balance is in minus.The worker of vodafone are very careless about the customer.this is not fare sir.pls do needfull for me & refund my balance Was this information helpful? | |||

dear sir,automatically my balance goes minus 4 rs..and i cant satisfy with the reply..of costumer care executive they gave me false information...they hold my call for an hour....at 3.00 am....in morning i saw that my balance again goes minus 54 rupees.....
