Vodafone — extremely bad customer service and falsifying reports | |||
i am a blackberry phone user.and i have been using blackberry services provided by vodafone since the last few months in dehradun.according to this subscription money should not be deducted from the main balance except for a few exceptions which i am aware of..my balance is being continously deducted from the main balance since the 6th October,2011.I have called up the customer care about 5-6 times.all d settings on my phone were checked by the technical department..and they could not fine any fault .they lodged complints twice and after that i didnt get any calls from the backoffice to resolve my problem..and when i called them now they said the complaint has been closed because the backoffice has found some faults and the faults mentioned were the same as checked by the technical department when i had spoken to them.and there were no faults dat were found!this is just ridiculous how customer care can falsify information provided by the customer and nt solve a problem and nstead close a complaint wid false information!!
