Vodafone — VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Respected Sir,My name is JACK DAWSON, yesterday i called in vodafone customer care, i spoke with an agent name AMIT, he was not helpful, he was unable to solve my problem, when did i ask him to connect my call to the team leader, he made me wait for 10 min first and put my call on IVR system, then i called again GURPREET, AHMED AND KULJEET, did the same thing, they all are providing very bad customer service, they are defaming you company and getting salary for that, please make these people understand not to do that with anybody, They are playing with customers,
