[Resolved] Vodafone — slow Internet speed | |||
I am using vodafone Edge K3570-Z in my PC my network bar showing full signal but it is not giving even minimum speed of 100kbps in trouble shout my PC presented the error message of "your PC perfectly configured but your network providers DSN server is not responding" I was tried to contact to the customer care but cal is not connecting to the call center exicutivies. I have recharged my vodafone no. with Rs198...as the plan is to use 2gb internet...after the usage of 2gb the speed of net will be reduced to 40kbps...but. i was getting only 3-4 kbps only...and none of your agent of customer care hepled me for that...please sir give me the quick reply.

I am neetesh singh my vodafone number is [protected] i n this number 295 internet plan activate and costmer told me in this plane internet speed is 80 to 100kbps but speed is slow below to20kbps and i am try to 198 but they can not recive a call
