hi, I had called to Vodafone call center because i am having problem with activation of caller tune without my permission.
i have talk with two person respectively , |
the first person told me that this service is activated because i had presses * + # sign while listening others caller tune,( he also told me that it is activated by pressing *567#, than the question is how can one service activate through two means. there is a conflict in information provided by them ) than i request them to register my complain for the same problem, but they didn't take it.
Than i told him to transfer call other person who is authorized to take a complain, He has transfer this call
Mr. RAMESH BHANGI, than i request him also to register my complain but he also not taken it, he told me that my caller tune is activated on 19th march and today is 25th march , they will register this complain only in two days passage of time.
then i request him to register that this is a system problem, i would like to register complain against your system that its automatically start the caller tune, than also he told me that he can not register my complain . Was this information helpful? |
