Vodafone — Vodafone Live Billing Charged without intimation

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am currently holding a Vodafone No. and have been using the number from Last 5-6 years. I had activated Vodafone Live Corp Unlimmited plan and was using GPRS for 6-7 months. I planned to try Vodafone 3G services in month of March and asked Vodafone helpdesk to activate 3G services. I tried Vodafone 3G services for one month and deactivated the service since it was coming out to be costly affair. After one month when my next bill was generated I found out that my Vodafone Live Unlimited Corporate plan was also deactivated without any prior intimation and this had led to total Vodafone live bill of Rs. 5000 odd. When I tried contacting customer care they have replied that Vodafone 3G and 2G services cannot be active at same time and once 3G service is activated 2G service gets deactivated. Vodafone Customer Service agents never informed me about the same initially and now I am incurring huge bills. I have been continously following up with Vodafone Relationship manager but I have not receieved any solution for same.

I am hereby hence requesting your intervention to look into this issue.

hello I have the same issue.I happy 17 thousand as my bill amount just for Internet and when I have for clarification no proper clarification was given about bill. I've already paid payment but I want to file complaint against them so that this cannot be repeated again and again and fool people. my numbers are [protected] [protected] I want them to give me clarification on the bill and pay me back the amount which they have taken from me unfaithful
