[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone Postpaid charges extra | |||
I have Vodafone postpaid mobile connection from last 3years, I paid regularly my invoice amount on or before due date. Now recently I came to know that I have to pay Rs1754.00, when I asked for itemizes bill, Vodafone send me the itemized bill and I surprised that I have not used my Internet on a specific date i.e. on 17th May 2012, and for this date Vodafone charged me for Rs830.00, I am shocked that on one day I used internet for Rs.830.00, hence I request to Vodafone for reversal of this payment but they told I need to pay because this is generated by system and cannot provide any data, I asked them to send me the details for which internet has been used, but they refuse me to provide data because internet usage is third party application. But I told them that server and bill generation system is made by human being not created by GOD so there is no issue for providing me the details. As a customer I have a full right to know my internet usage, but they ignore. Even from last 3years I paid my all the amount on or before the due date and now even out of this outstanding bill I paid 924.00 and request to Vodafone to reverse my internet charges, Hence request to all of you please help me how to tackle this issue, I do not want to pay this amount.
