[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone tariff plan | |
Dear Sir,
My Vodafone no is [protected]. I have change my Vodafone tariff plan fron 500 to 149 at Park Street Vodafone store. But they didnot change that plan and instead of that they activate internet tariff plan for 2G @ 125. So in my last billing I have paid Rs 500 + 125.
So it's my earnest request to adjust my extra amount which you have deducted because of your fault and misconcept.
Please implement my desired tariff plan @ 149 and for internet 125 on immediate effect and reimburse my amount immediately. I am a vetarant customer of this connection and you are misguiding me without any prior intimation. Please do on urgent basis and revert.
